Who we are
Greenlit is operated by Kaden Bokome. If you have questions about your data, email hello@greenlit.space.
What we collect
- TikTok data you connect: video titles, captions, view counts, likes, comments, shares, and posting dates. We use this to power scoring, predictions, and voice analysis.
- Content you create in the app: saved ideas, scores, notes, and AI chat history. Stored so you can pick up where you left off.
- Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Email address: used for account activation and important updates. We won't spam you.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to anyone
- We don't share your channel data with other users
- We don't use your data to train AI models
- We don't run ads or use tracking pixels
How we store it
Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Each workspace is isolated by activation code.
AI processing
When you score an idea, run an audit, or chat with the AI, your channel data and the content you type are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, Google) to generate results. These providers don't store your data or use it for training. We send only what's needed for that specific request.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only (keeping you logged in). No analytics cookies, no tracking cookies, no cookie banner needed.
Your rights (GDPR)
You're based in the UK, so you have the right to:
- Access your data (email us and we'll send you everything we hold)
- Delete your data (email us and we'll wipe your workspace within 7 days)
- Export your data (we can send you a JSON file of everything)
- Correct any inaccurate data
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel and request deletion, we remove everything within 7 days. Stripe keeps payment records as required by law.
Changes
If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll email you before they take effect.
